Heater Test

When to use
- Drying won’t start, stops early, or takes too long.
- The panel reports a heating alarm or temperature doesn’t rise.

Basic steps
- Disconnect power and make sure no voltage is present on terminals.
- Set the multimeter to resistance (or continuity) mode.
- Measure resistance between terminals and compare with manual data.
- Check for no short to chassis (terminal ↔ ground).
- Resistance ∞ or ≈0 Ω = damaged heater → replace.
- Heater OK? Check SSR/relay, wiring, and fuses.
