Who is the MDM-1b machine intended for?
The MDM-1b machine was designed for automotive workshops, DPF service centers, transport companies, and industrial facilities that want to independently regenerate DPF, FAP, and SCR filters. The device can be used both to expand existing services and as the foundation for a new business – it does not require much space or advanced technical installation.
How does the 2HYDRO technology work?
2HYDRO is our proprietary technology that combines high water pressure with precise flow and temperature control.
The process takes place in a closed system, ensuring full safety for both the operator and the environment.
The filter is cleaned in both directions and then dried with hot air at 150°C.
After the cleaning cycle, the device automatically performs a flow test (mbar) confirming the effectiveness of the process.
Does operating the machine require training?
No prior experience with DPF filters is required – the machine has been designed to be intuitive and safe to operate.
Each new user receives initial training, a user manual in their language, and ongoing technical support throughout the entire period of use.
The control panel is based on the Siemens PLC system with a touch screen, allowing quick start-up and process control with a single button.
Does the device require a special installation?
No. The MDM-1b is a complete, ready-to-use system – just connect it to a 400 V power supply, water inlet, and drain.
There is no need to invest in additional ventilation or filtration systems – all operations take place inside a sealed washing chamber.
How does service and warranty work?
Each machine comes with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty, covering both mechanical and electronic components.
If needed, we provide remote diagnostics, fast delivery of spare parts, and service support throughout Poland and the European Union.
